Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Comerch, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Service Description

Comerch is a SaaS platform for garment buying house management. It provides order lifecycle management, email intelligence, production tracking, alert systems, and related tools. The service is provided "as is" and we continuously improve and update features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user must have their own account. Sharing credentials is not permitted. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create in Comerch. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We store and process your data solely to provide the service as described.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the platform, using the platform for illegal purposes, or uploading malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Billing & Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Gmail API, WhatsApp Business API, payment gateways).

8. Limitation of Liability

Comerch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
